Rooms big and comfortable. Good breakfast. Practical but nothing real fancy. Would've given 3 stars if the front desk teenager guy didn't tell me, an adult, to go back to my room while I was sitting quietly and respectfully in the lobby because my friend wanted to sleep in our room in the dark and I didn't. Rude and unnecessary.
Nice people. Ac worked good an a 100 degree day. But the pool is closed. So no hot tub or pool for those that want that. But there are Jacuzzi suites?
While we stay here couple times a year, it has fallen...no pool! No hot tub any more! But for the price and convenience it's acceptable!
When we got to our room the heat was not on. It took about 45 min till it was warm enough to get in to bed. While waiting for the room to warm up we had to go get light bulbs. while my husband and i where in bed watching TV our room door opened and then shut, nothing was said and when my husband went to the door no one was there. i went to the front desk and told the manager (Les Nelson) what happened. Les told me it was him checking rooms, we ended up leaving because we didn't feel SAFE.
It is 7:24 am coming in to the cancer center and was quoted $84.00 and hung up on me by the India manager. I stayed last month and the nice little white lady helped despite the hotel shutdown. Makes me feel unwelcome
