I spent 5 months living there. It's not the Waldorf Astoria, it's a budget hotel. I give it 5 stars because the staff are phenomenal. Ricky and Diva were awesome along with the night clerk I never exchanged names with, but she was awesome. They are very easy to work with, if your looking for a long term lodging, these guys are really nice. It's definitely your best option when looking for thrifty lodging in Grand Forks. I will definitely come back if I have another need for long term lodging. Thank you Knights Inn!
+ : Pool area is nice. Rooms are easily accessible, and include many quality amenities. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, and the ease of the check-in process. The location is conveniently located off Highway 2 and the interstate, making it ideal for travelers. - : Breakfast felt a little minimal to me. They have a couple waffle makers, oatmeal packets sitting out, yogurt in the fridge, along with some hard boiled eggs. Most of the options require preparation, which may set you back if you are in a hurry. the quality of the breakfast could be improved through a hot breakfast bar with some prepared items, such as sausage, omelettes, potatoes and such. Spending the time to cook waffles was not a big deal for me, so it only notches off one point in my opinion.
Nice outside. Awful inside. Our non smoking room reaked of smoke. Ac unit was coming off the wall. Tub was dirty. My husband (190lbs) sat on the bed and it broke. The only saving grace was the nice staff.
The location of knights inn in grand forks is very convenient .There's a gas station across from the hotel. It's small but the rooms are very open. The pool is nice and heated. And the staff are nice! I had a very good experience at the Knights Inn in Grand Forks, North Dakota!
I stayed here for several days and the rooms are dark poor lighting small bathrooms the rooms needs renovations to be made overall pretty good and the pool area is awesome
