Very adequate, and they take pets.
Worst place ever. Old beds with foam toppers. sheets do not cover the mattress only the topper. Cleaning staff was awesome owner not a nice person. Second trip to Grand Forks got there after 9 hours of driving and was told my reservation did not matter they were booked. So i spent the night in my car. Complete jerks
A new owner took over in 2016 only read reviews from FALL 2016 forward. He's more concerned about security and bright lights outside than up keeping any rooms. I question the need for his security set up as well. He's a different type of guy. When I was there the Internet cut out lots. He seems to charge different rates to most guests, varied pet fees and monthly rates. I've stayed here and have friends in the area. No accommodation to any complaints if they are made. He's very "cheap" and has a temper is you request anything or complain. It's sad as the previous owners cared about the hotel and kept it up. This owner is not. So yes it's close to down town but honestly no matter where you stay most of the town is a short walking distance away. You likely won't even have to spend more to support another mom and pop or b and b that wants you to enjoy your stay and is community minded. Didn't allow late check out the time I was there by even an hour. And he comes to your door if your not out on the button. Sewer seems to have pending problems and by reading other reviews I'm not the only 1 concerned about it. There is a Ramada in town If you'd like a chain hotel but do consider the other little guys, many other options Keep driving.
Hotel is pretty good. Room was clean and fellow at the desk friendly. Good location right downtown.
We are staying here post flood and during Cannafest, which means that our experience probably isn't reflective of the actual experience with normal conditions. The rooms are fine, but during our stay so far, our room hasn't been cleaned or had new towels. The staff is friendly and the Wi-Fi is very reliable. It's really nice to have a fridge and microwave!
