Very comfortable room... Nicely decorated and staff was super friendly! Great location with God places to eat, right outside the front door. Great for the working man!

They were under construction during our visit, and the new rooms and amenities are nice. The room we had, and the hotel living areas were very dusty. The location is great for dining and shopping in Grand Forks, and we would stay there again. The staff was appreciative of our feedback and made their best effort to accommodate our family.
This is my favourite hotel to stay at in Grand Forks. The hotel is clean and modern with spacious rooms. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The pool area is excellent, and the free breakfast is actually good! The exercise room is very small with just a few pieces of equipment, but they're decent machines and thankfully the room was always available to use. The location is really the most ideal of all the hotels in Grand Forks if you're just visiting to shop -- it shares a parking lot with several stores and restaurants, which is adjacent to another parking lot filled with more stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend this hotel!
Just got home from our weekend stay. Very comfortable bed! We stayed in a king suite and the room was way bigger than we expected. We didn't use the kitchen but it was stocked with the essential pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. The room was either very quiet or we were the only ones on the 4th floor because we didn't hear a thing. Staff was all great, the woman working breakfast is so friendly and helpful, I wish I'd asked her name so I could mention her specifically. Will definitely recommend this location.
