Awesome location for UND engagements. Very clean and great service
Connected to UND campus via skywalk. Nice for those brutal ND winds. Nice clean rooms. Pool, workout room, etc... You have to pay for breakfast unfortunately. Good space in lobby for meetings and socializing.
Beautiful hotel with plenty of complimentary amenities, right on the UND campus. Loved the decor and the food! We had dinner and breakfast here - the salmon definitely beat my expectations. Breakfast isn't included (unless you're a Hilton rewards member with points, priority etc...) but it was well worth the $9.95 price tag. Great service from everyone. The 24 hr coffee and cookies in the lobby were a welcome sight when we arrived after a long trip. And the keurig in the room worked perfectly. Overall, very impressed. (I secretly hope my son comes to school here so we can come back!)
I have stayed at this hotel twice on business. Very nice accommodations. Easy access to and from the airport. Grand Forks is easy to get around in but for people accustomed to warmer climates if you are visiting in the winter the weather can be quite harsh. Some of the hotels have power outlets in the parking lot for engine block heaters but you will have to park early to get one. If you are going to be there for an extended stay weekends can get very busy due to visitors from Canada shopping in the GF.
The room was underwhelming especially given the very nice exterior and front desk area. The room was right across from the fitness room and outside was the heating/cooling system. Service was horrible. The lady who helped us only spoke twice to ask us the reservation number and told us the room number out loud. She never said anything about when breakfast was or what the amenities were. She was not wearing a nametag either otherwise I'd mention her. 2 out of 3 bath towels had stains on them as well as the toilet having a giant pee stain on the base. The bed was uncomfortable. Overpriced for just the basics. We stayed 10/6/18 and arrived during the evening shift.
