This was an affordable exceptionally clean room with great amenities. If I were opening a hotel, I would pay Sarah from the front desk twice whatever they're paying her now to greet all my guests. I was able to do laundry at a reasonable price with free soap and dryer sheets while eating complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was good and well organized and thought out. (In contrast to the nightmare layout at the Rochester, NY location... Great price, great amenities, awesome service.
The hotel room was beautiful. We had one king bed in our room and it was so comfy to sleep on. We had issues logging into the wifi, but the staff at the front desk were so helpful in getting it to work. The only complaint I have is that the hot tub was so hot you couldn't sit in it longer then 5 minutes without feeling dizzy and lightheaded. The bedroom was big, the bed was wonderful, and the bathroom had a huge shower. I'd stay there again.

Nice stay, but could be improved. Wifi was slow, pillows were awful and water pressure for shower was low. Breakfast was very good though.
Hotel is relatively new and fresh. Room was clean and as expected. Two queen beds, fridge, microwave, simple well planned toilet room. Ice machine by the elevator.
