Seen better, seen worse. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was good. We had 2 rooms in 2 separate buildings. One room had better furniture, flat screen TV but the entire building stunk. The other rooms furniture was a tad older but looked good, with an old tube TV. Building smelled great, however the housekeepers forgot to vacuum. Rooms were $115 due to high demand that night. Nearly every hotel was booked, but at that price I've stayed in much better places. If your options are limited this place is just fine.
The staff is accommodating and very polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are affordable when on a budget. I always stay here when I'm in Grand Forks, ND.
Friendly staff, easy check in. Our room was not clean, there were candy wrapper's around the edges of the furniture and we found a plastic deer toy on the floor.
The bed was hard as a rock. The sink had hot water but I let the shower run for about 7-8 min and still couldn't get hot water. Finally gave up and we drove back to Minot that morning.
Hotel staff pleasant and room was basically clean but needs serious updating. Room door was hollow core, could hear even small noises when people talked in the hallway. Also locked my key in the room, front desk gave me a new key without even asking me to confirm my name. Not very secure. Very convenient location.
