Ordered from Wayfair. My order sat at their warehouse for 2 weeks and never received a call for it to be delivered. I should have been called 2 days after it arrived per Wayfair email. I finally called Wayfair and was told the warehouse lost a piece of the furniture and was currently trying to locate. Then I was told they would deliver the 2 pieces they found and would continue to look for the 3rd. Still no call for delivery 5 days later. Finally got fed up and called Wayfair and cancelled the order. Very unprofessional company
I have used All About Moving twice - they unloaded my truck when I moved to Grand Forks and just last week they moved us from our rental to our house across town. The first time, the whole experience was great - movers and office staff. Which is why I chose them again.This past time has not been as great. I will say the movers themselves were awesome - polite, efficient and careful with moving our stuff. I've had a really hard time communicating with office staff. When I called to schedule a walk through, I left a voicemail that went unreturned and had to call back to schedule it. The owner didn't respond to my email when I tried to schedule the move and I had to call to verify. There is a billing issue that I have called 3 times about with no answer or returned called. I was charged more than I was quoted and just want answers. Sadly I probably won't use this company again even though the movers are great; its just too hard to get the office staff to communicate.
Robert and Derek moved us across town and did a fantastic job. They were incredibly personable and polite, took care of our furniture like it was their own and made our move so easy! They are two of the hardest working men I've ever seen. I will highly recommend All About Moving to anyone I speak with!
Timely, quick, efficient, honest, professional- EVERYTHING you want in a moving company. Everyone in this company is phenomenal at every level- the owner, who came out to personally deliver an estimate, the moving crew, and Haley in the office who handles paperwork and scheduling. I hired them twice now, and I wouldnt trust anyone else.
